Lake Vera
Situated in the center of Verdalia, Lake Vera is an important Healer landmark and cultural heritage site. Believed to be bottomless, this lake has never been fully explored. Some go as far as to imagine that it’s been brought forth by the Voek themselves.
Plants grow very quickly, unnaturally so, by Lake Vera’s shore. This creates an area of dense vegetation and sprite activity.
Along the water’s surface, there’s an entrance to the great Vera Temple, which can’t be reached any other way.
Story Ideas
- How would Healers react if a creature (or even a human being) were to emerge from the lake?
- A Healer child could happen upon the entrance to secret caverns that lead deep in the lake’s depths. What secrets would they find there?
